  • In vintage 2007: current free SO2 target is 32 ppm; not clear when this began

Not oxidised. Mid gold colour. Some white flowers on the nose but mostly sweet butter and nuts. Very low acidity on the palate. Quite tropical and oaky. Not my cup of tea at all. Luckily only 2 left.
