Background Information

  • In vintage 1996: batonnage information unknown
  • In vintage 2005: no batonnage performed. Estate has raised average free SO2 levels at bottling from 17ppm to 30 ppm. Uses no more than 30% new oak. Wines stay in wood for only 12 monhts, and then are transferred to stainelss steel to complete the elevage (usually another 6 to 8 months.)
